Words cannot express our gratitude to each and every one of you, who have helped us, since our fire in September, 2009. Being out of our home for fifteen months presented many challenges, and the peace of mind we had in knowing our personal property was in your hands was very comforting.

Now that we are back in our home and have begun the process of unpacking our household items, we are seeing firsthand the care and precision you took to salvage our personal items, not only at the time of the fire, but also in the restoration process. We continue to be amazed at the quality and depth of your services.

Surviving a House Fire!

On February 26^th 2010 my family went through one of the most traumatic experiences we ever hope to go through; a house fire.

We were extremely lucky in that no one was home and even the family pet was outside so there was no loss of life or injury to anyone; almost everything else could be replaced. That is when we were introduced to AAS Restoration.

AAS Restoration provided the people, knowledge and craftsmen to help replace our home. They were organized, worked in a timely manner, and were sensitive to the situation my family was in.

In July of 2010, after the inside of our home was gutted and the rebuilding was over, we moved back into our home. We were excited to be back and the home was beautiful once again.

I credit much of this to AAS Restoration’s knowing how to communicate, addressing concerns we had along the way with quick responses, and working with the city and our insurance company about things they uncovered. They had a team of people working on our home and working for us.

Because of all the reasons listed above we would recommend AAS Restoration to anyone going through a disaster.

Praise for Carpet Cleaning

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate the carpet cleaning that was performed at my home. Our carpet has been a sore spot in our home for quite some time and right now we simply do not have the ability to replace our very used flooring.
Your technician, Steve, was very professional and courteous. It was easy to let him go to work on the spots, stains and the whole area as he was honest with me about what he would be doing and the results I could expect. The best part is the results were so much more than I ever could have asked for. Please extend my appreciation to Steve as well.

Bathroom Repairs Rejoiced!

I can't tell you how appreciative we are of you and your employees! Once we found out we had sewage in the basement (there was already 3 feet down there!), my husband and I both got on our laptops and cell phones and started calling companies at 2:30 am. Only one other company called us that day to say they could help that evening, only to call us that afternoon to say it would be Wednesday before they could help! Fortunately, your guys were already here and almost done with the cleanup! And now that we are onto getting quotes to get things back to normal, I couldn't even get someone out here before August!†Thank you again, and I will be passing your number around to all our neighbors who are still trying to get things back to normal in their homes as well!

Another Happy Customer

A wedding dress had been water-damaged in a flooded basement more than a year earlier—and had never been sent out to be cleaned! We wanted to test the Esporta machine to see what it could do and this client allowed us to do so. Their response speaks for itself:
