“I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate the carpet cleaning that was performed at my home. Our carpet has been a sore spot in our home for quite some time and right now we simply do not have the ability to replace our very used flooring.

Your technician, Steve, was very professional and courteous. It was easy to let him go to work on the spots, stains and the whole area as he was honest with me about what he would be doing and the results I could expect. The best part is the results were so much more than I ever could have asked for. Please extend my appreciation to Steve as well.

Bathroom Repairs Rejoiced!

I can't tell you how appreciative we are of you and your employees! Once we found out we had sewage in the basement (there was already 3 feet down there!), my husband and I both got on our laptops and cell phones and started calling companies at 2:30 am. Only one other company called us that day to say they could help that evening, only to call us that afternoon to say it would be Wednesday before they could help! Fortunately, your guys were already here and almost done with the cleanup! And now that we are onto getting quotes to get things back to normal, I couldn't even get someone out here before August! Thank you again, and I will be passing your number around to all our neighbors who are still trying to get things back to normal in their homes as well!
